Job Summary

Owning and evolving the Zuora Billing platform, the full-time Senior Product Owner, Billing will drive the product roadmap, prioritize requirements, and align solutions with business needs in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Zuora Billing product roadmap and backlog in alignment with business goals and operational needs
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable requirements and user stories
• Lead solution definition and ensure delivery outcomes for Zuora Billing capabilities from design through adoption

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Systems, or Billing Operations
• Strong understanding of subscription billing processes and enterprise application delivery
• Hands-on experience with Zuora Billing or similar enterprise subscription billing platforms
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Experience working in integrated environments with dependencies across various operational systems
