Senior Product Owner - Capital Markets

Job Summary

As a fully remote Senior Product Owner - Capital Markets, the successful candidate will manage the product roadmap, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and ensure rigorous validation of deliverables through UAT, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize ROI and align features with customer value.

Key responsibilities

• Translate organizational strategy into actionable product features and maintain a prioritized backlog of user stories and enhancements
• Serve as the primary contact for clarifying requirements and lead backlog refinement and sprint planning to ensure efficient development
• Conduct competitive analysis and user feedback studies to inform backlog priorities and advocate for end-user insights in product development

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 4+ years of experience in capital markets processes, including market risk management and secondary market execution
• Proficiency with Polypath (loan pricing/hedging) and QRM (risk modeling) or equivalent tools
• Strong understanding of interest rate risk, loan valuation, and compliance with capital markets regulations
