Job Summary

Leading CRM product strategy and delivery, the full-time Senior Product Owner, CRM will manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for the CRM platform, collaborating with stakeholders and technology teams to optimize client-facing capabilities in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Define and execute the CRM product strategy aligned with business services and client experience initiatives
  • Own the product definition layer, translating strategy into structured, AI-ready specifications and managing the product life cycle
  • Manage relationships with CRM platform vendors and ensure optimal delivery and integration with third-party partners
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration
  • 3-5 years of experience as a product owner in the industry
  • Familiarity with Spec-Driven Development (SDD) and AI-assisted delivery workflows
  • Experience with enterprise CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Strong understanding of client lifecycle management and CRM data models
