Senior Product Owner, Financial Reporting

Job Summary

Driving the product strategy and delivery for financial reporting capabilities, the full-time Senior Product Owner, Financial Reporting will manage the development of features related to equity management, including ASC 718 stock-based compensation reporting, while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing the product roadmap for financial reporting features, balancing customer needs and regulatory changes
• Write comprehensive product requirement documents (PRDs) detailing functional specifications and reporting workflows
• Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and deliver effective financial reporting solutions

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years in product management or product owner roles, preferably in B2B SaaS environments
• 3+ years of experience in equity financial reporting with a strong understanding of ASC 718 and IFRS 2
• Proven track record of delivering complex SaaS reporting features from concept to launch
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field required
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
