Senior Product Owner - Louisiana

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Product Owner - Louisiana will manage the team backlog of user stories, defects, and enablers while serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and product delivery teams, ensuring alignment with best practices and driving product initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document stakeholders' business needs and requirements, translating them into clear user stories with acceptance criteria
• Prioritize and manage the agile delivery team's backlog to ensure maximum value alignment with product strategy and business goals
• Champion agile practices within the team, coaching members and leading planning and execution of relevant ceremonies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems, or a related IT field, or four years of equivalent experience
• Minimum of four years in business analysis, systems analysis, project management, or a related field
• Experience with enterprise-level software and familiarity with Microsoft TFS or Azure DevOps
• Understanding of health payer regulations such as HIPAA and advanced business process mapping skills
• SAFe, Scrum, or relevant project management certifications preferred
