Senior Product Owner (OMS)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Owner Order Management System (OMS).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Quarterly & PI Planning (SAFe) by setting objectives and managing backlog
• Provide hands-on OMS domain leadership across the order lifecycle and fulfillment processes
• Manage dependencies, risks, and outcomes across teams while utilizing delivery and product metrics

Required Qualifications

• 9 to 12 years of deep OMS domain expertise with enterprise systems
• 6-7+ years of experience as a Product Owner in Agile/SAFe environments
• Recent, relevant OMS delivery experience within the last 24 to 36 months
• Strong background in retail/eCommerce and fulfillment with technical fluency
• Proven ability to create high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria
