Senior Product Owner, Oracle ERP

Job Summary

To support the organization's core financial integrity and compliance systems, the full-time Senior Product Owner, Oracle ERP will lead product definition and development, manage the backlog, and prioritize customer needs while working remotely or from Alexandria, VA.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the voice of the customer to prioritize product backlog epics, features, and stories across core financial streams
• Manage the continuous Oracle Cloud COTS lifecycle, including defining upgrade testing and validation stories
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with Oracle and third-party vendors for issue resolution and platform optimization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 7-8+ years of experience in financial systems management, ERP product ownership, or business architecture
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules
• 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional global delivery teams in Agile methodologies
• Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira and Confluence
