Senior Product Owner - P&C Claims

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Product Owner - P&C Claims, the full-time remote position will manage the product backlog for the cloud-based claims management platform, focusing on enhancing claims operations through automation, AI workflows, and improved customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog to maximize customer value and support strategic objectives
• Define and manage epics, features, user stories, and functional requirements for claims management capabilities
• Collaborate with engineering and customer stakeholders to identify market needs and drive product enhancements

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Claims Operations within insurance technology
• Deep expertise in Property & Casualty claims operations and claims system workflows
• Hands-on experience with P&C insurance carriers or claims software vendors
• Strong understanding of claims lifecycle management and related processes
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline preferred
