Senior Product Owner - ServiceNow

Job Summary

Focused on implementing and configuring the ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management module, the full-time Senior Product Owner - ServiceNow will manage the product backlog, collaborate with stakeholders, and participate in Agile ceremonies while working remotely within EST hours.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the roadmap and clear user stories
• Collaborate with the Product Manager and stakeholders to define features and manage scope trade-offs
• Perform acceptance testing and assist in release planning while embracing Agile principles

Required qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience as a Product Owner
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of Agile principles and experience with Scrum or Kanban teams
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management
• Experience with product backlog management tools, preferably Jira Cloud
