Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end strategy and management of strategic product partnerships, the full-time remote Senior Product Partnerships Lead will develop relationships with major technology companies, negotiate complex agreements, and drive cross-functional execution to deliver impactful integrations for Shopify and its merchants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic product partnerships, including relationship development, deal structuring, integration delivery, and long-term partnership health
  • Negotiate and finalize complex multi-product agreements as the primary contact with partner leadership
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across teams to ensure successful execution and operational cadence of partnerships
Required Qualifications
  • Deep hands-on knowledge of Shopify's product ecosystem, with experience in building and growing complex product partnerships
  • Strong relationship-building instincts to cultivate trust across partner organizations and within Shopify
  • Proven deal-making experience, including structuring and signing significant commercial agreements
  • Working knowledge of AI, agentic commerce, and advertising, with insights into their impact on merchant operations
  • Ability to communicate effectively at both executive and technical levels, with strong written and verbal skills
