Senior Product Payments Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Payments Designer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop an understanding of customers' needs, problems, and opportunities and how products can solve them
• Conduct thorough user research and act as the voice of the customer
• Drive feature scope and improvements by tracking ongoing product use

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a UX design role
• Experience as a user researcher for a B2B workflow product, preferably with experience in building payments products
• Ability to collaborate with product managers, engineers, and customers to solve design problems
• Demonstrated ability to create intuitive and simple interfaces through visual design
• Working knowledge of Figma, Axure RP, Surveymonkey, Usertesting.com, Slack, Github, Airtable, and Google Suite
