Senior Product Principal

Job Summary

Owning the intersection of AI, product strategy, and engineering execution, the full-time remote Senior Product Principal will drive delivery outcomes for scalable technology and AI products, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Translate strategic objectives into detailed epics, user stories, and technical acceptance criteria to guide engineering execution
• Lead backlog prioritization and maintain velocity and technical quality while serving as a hands-on technical product leader
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to demonstrate improvements in cycle time, flow efficiency, and throughput across assigned product areas

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Product Development, Business, or related field
• 15+ years of progressive experience in product management, engineering, and project management
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and working with C-Suite executives
• Proficiency in AI Coding for Production Application (Vibe Coding) for over 1 year
• Demonstrated capability in leading complex product initiatives involving microservices and cloud infrastructure
