Job Summary
To support the growth of Playlist's software brands, the remote Senior Product Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for high-impact technical roles, partnering with engineering and product leaders to attract exceptional talent while delivering a standout candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Drive full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, focusing on software engineering and platform development
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create strategic hiring plans informed by market trends and talent insights
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles, ensuring an inclusive and efficient hiring process
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, particularly in software or product-centric environments
- Working knowledge of technical concepts such as programming languages and system architecture
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring for challenging roles in fast-paced tech organizations
- Experience using applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse, and translating data into actionable insights
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on fostering diverse teams
