Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Reliability Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional product support and resolve complex issues
Analyze issues, identify root causes, and develop solutions
Collaborate with product/engineering teams to improve product quality and user experience

Required Qualifications:

BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Product Support, Reliability Support, or Quality Assurance
Minimum of 3 years of programming experience
Strong programming experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, Django, Node.js
Experience with AWS, Rest API, troubleshooting mobile applications, and analyzing large datasets using SQL
