Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with internal and external teams to translate human-centered insights into product opportunities
• Conducts qualitative and quantitative research to identify unmet needs affecting business owners
• Develops data reporting solutions and conducts market research to support new product concepts

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Research, Actuarial, or similar fields
• Bachelor's degree in market research, statistics, data science, business, or a related field
• Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL and Business Intelligence
• Knowledge of the Product Development Lifecycle and Market Research
• Familiarity with competitor analysis and business opportunity documentation
