Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Champion the voices of users across product, design, engineering, and marketing teams
• Design, conduct, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research to inform product decisions
• Identify new product opportunities and contribute to building and evolving product research capabilities

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Product Research, UX Research, or Design Strategy
• Postgraduate qualification (Masters or higher) in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, Psychology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• A notable portfolio demonstrating the translation of user insights into product features
• Experience with online research and recruiting platforms
