Job Summary

Senior Product Researcher is a full-time contract position responsible for establishing and leading research practices that inform product development through rigorous methodologies and continuous user feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a research program, including standards and best practices
• Conduct ongoing mixed-methods research to gather user insights and inform product decisions
• Manage strategic research initiatives and external research agencies for larger studies

Required Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in product/UX research within digital product organizations
• Proven ability to establish research practices in environments lacking mature infrastructure
• Strong expertise in mixed-methods research and methodology selection
• Experience with continuous or rolling research programs
• Ability to elevate organizational research literacy and coach non-researchers
