Senior Product Researcher

Job Summary

Senior Product Researcher is a full-time contract position responsible for establishing and leading research practices to inform product development through rigorous methodologies and continuous user feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement research programs, frameworks, and best practices across the organization
• Conduct mixed-methods research and synthesize findings into actionable insights for product direction
• Manage external research agencies and lead strategic research initiatives to deepen user understanding

Required Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in product/UX research within digital product organizations
• Proven ability to establish research practices in environments lacking mature infrastructure
• Strong expertise in mixed-methods research and methodology selection
• Experience operating continuous or rolling research programs
• Ability to elevate organizational research literacy and coach non-researchers
