Senior Product Researcher

Job Summary

To establish and lead research practices that inform product development, the full-time Senior Product/User Researcher will build a research program from the ground up while operating remotely and functioning as a hands-on practitioner.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement research philosophy, standards, and best practices across the organization
• Manage a continuous rolling research program to gather ongoing user feedback and synthesize findings into actionable insights
• Conduct mixed-methods research, ensuring methodological rigor and bias mitigation throughout studies

Required qualifications

• Senior-level experience in product/UX research within digital product organizations
• Proven ability to establish research practices in environments lacking mature research infrastructure
• Strong expertise in mixed-methods research and methodology selection
• Experience operating continuous or rolling research programs
• Ability to elevate organizational research literacy and coach non-researchers on best practices
