Senior Product Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Security Engineer to ensure the security of AI-driven autonomous agents in industrial automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the adoption of Secure AI/ML Development Lifecycle within the Agentic AI team
• Model threats specific to autonomous agents and design secure architectures with safety guardrails
• Lead adversarial testing and develop incident response playbooks for autonomous systems

Required Qualifications

• Proven understanding of security risks associated with Reinforcement Learning and Autonomous Agents
• 5+ years of experience in product security or a closely related security engineering role
• Strong programming experience, ideally with Python or Go
• Experience securing Cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes
• Hands-on experience securing MLOps tooling and understanding of complex data and model-training pipelines
