Senior Product Security Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a passionate Senior Product Security Engineer for a full-time remote position, responsible for establishing cybersecurity standards, managing vulnerability governance, and collaborating with product development teams to ensure the security of healthcare products.

Key responsibilities

• Establish cybersecurity requirements, plans, and policies in collaboration with product development teams
• Govern vulnerability management processes for products and assist in security breach responses
• Use tools to identify product vulnerabilities and create technical documentation related to security

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field
• 2+ years of secure software development life-cycle experience
• Experience with secure coding practices using technologies such as ASP.Net (C#), SQL Server, HTML, and C++
• Understanding of application security throughout the software life-cycle and experience addressing OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities
• Certification in security such as CAP, CCSP, or equivalent preferred but not required
