Senior Product Security Engineer

Job Summary

Guiding secure development initiatives, the full-time Senior Product Security Engineer will lead application and mobile security assessments, drive threat modeling for high-impact systems, and partner with developers to embed security into build pipelines, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Independently lead application and mobile security assessments from design to deployment for key enterprise products
• Drive threat modeling and risk assessments, guiding engineering teams through secure design trade-offs
• Develop and maintain internal security tooling and frameworks to scale security across teams

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in application or product security with a focus on large-scale web and/or mobile applications
• Deep understanding of secure application architecture, including authentication, authorization, and data protection
• Proven experience performing threat modeling, secure design reviews, and code assessments for complex applications
• Strong technical knowledge of web technologies and mobile security models
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
