Senior Product Solutions Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Outbound Product and Solution Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with executive and technical stakeholders at enterprise customers
• Design end-to-end solution architectures and produce detailed solution design documents
• Own end-to-end solution delivery including testing, documentation, deployment, and customer enablement

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical product management, solutions architecture, or customer engineering roles within SaaS organizations
• 5+ years designing or implementing AI-powered solutions or enterprise platform integrations
• Experience with MarTech or Marketing Cloud platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar)
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong foundation in backend architecture, APIs, databases, and integration patterns
