Senior Product Sourcer
Job Summary
Partnering closely with Product leaders and recruiters, the full-time Senior Product Sourcer will drive top-of-funnel strategies for specialized Product searches, manage talent pipelines, and provide data-driven insights in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage pipelines of high-quality PM talent through creative sourcing and networking
- Track and analyze funnel metrics to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Serve as a trusted advisor to product recruiters and hiring managers on hiring strategy and candidate experience
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of technical sourcing/recruiting experience (in-house preferred)
- Creative sourcing experience on multiple platforms and channels
- Proven success partnering with senior PM or Engineering leaders on niche searches
- Comfort working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with multiple parallel searches
- Data-driven and process-oriented mindset; able to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements
