A company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Product to lead product development, strategy, and management within a defined product area.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision, ensuring alignment with market needs
• Conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product launches and monitor key OKRs

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience, preferably in consulting, outsourcing, or insurance
• 4+ years in insurance (preferred)
• 2+ years in Product Development & Agile Methodology
• Direct Bill experience preferred
• Expertise in Agile product development and Lean methodologies
