A company is looking for a Senior Product Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization
• Coordinate with various departments to define product pricing, profitability targets, and underwriting guidelines
• Lead research on regulatory changes and customer needs to shape product strategy and innovation

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a commercial lines role preferred
• Commercial Auto experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent business experience
