Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Support customers and dealers to optimize product performance and provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with peers and dealers to improve customer satisfaction and execute product demonstrations
• Assist dealers with customer visits to build relationships and gather feedback

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma with 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or technical support in the agricultural industry
• Experience operating agricultural equipment and knowledge of technology products in agriculture
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, engineering, finance, business administration, or related agricultural fields
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM
• 2+ years of sales experience in a dealer-based distribution channel and strong agronomy knowledge
