Job Summary
As a full-time remote Senior Product Specialist, the successful candidate will manage product support and escalation, drive user adoption of Leasing's proprietary and AI tools, and leverage data analytics to inform product improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for user-facing support escalations and ensure seamless resolution across supported products
- Lead the launch and rollout execution for supported products, including developing training materials and managing user engagement initiatives
- Track adoption metrics and provide insights to inform product and business decisions, while continuously improving support operations
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product support, PropTech/SaaS enablement, or commercial real estate
- Experience with agentic AI systems, including configuring and managing AI support agents
- Proficiency in data and analytics tools such as Pendo, Service Cloud, or Datadog
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite and experience with service management platforms like Salesforce Service Cloud or Jira
- Familiarity with commercial real estate transaction processes, particularly in Leasing
