Senior Product Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the ongoing development and delivery of ePCR and Fire software solutions, the full-time Senior Product Specialist will manage product documentation, coordinate release activities, and ensure accurate customer communications while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain and update product requirements, feature documentation, and functional specifications
• Create and maintain customer-facing product documentation, user guides, and knowledge base content
• Track product release milestones and assist with release readiness planning and cross-functional coordination

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in product operations, technical writing, or related field
• Experience creating technical documentation and customer-facing materials
• Strong project coordination and follow-through skills
• Experience with video creation and editing software preferred
