Senior Product Specialist - Construction

Job Summary

Collaborating with stakeholders, the full-time Senior Product Specialist - Construction will manage product development projects, conduct customer engagements, and facilitate legal and underwriting reviews for construction and commercial auto insurance products, with the option to work remotely or from the Morristown, NJ office.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain coverage forms, endorsements, and rules for commercial insurance products
• Manage complex product development projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality insurance products
• Conduct customer engagements to ensure new product solutions address market challenges

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 3+ years' experience in insurance product development or underwriting in the Construction and Commercial Auto industries
• Extensive knowledge of primary and surplus lines insurance products
• CPCU designation or relevant coursework preferred
• Knowledge of ISO and AAIS products, including form structure and grammar rules
