Job Summary

Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical customer or product support, preferably in a nonprofit setting
  • Experience with survey tools, particularly SurveyMonkey, and data analysis
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, including creating fields and reports
  • Familiarity with help desk systems, preferably Zendesk
  • Comfort with data manipulation using Google Sheets or Excel; SQL familiarity is a plus
