Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in technical customer or product support, preferably in a nonprofit setting
- Experience with survey tools, particularly SurveyMonkey, and data analysis
- Proficiency in Salesforce, including creating fields and reports
- Familiarity with help desk systems, preferably Zendesk
- Comfort with data manipulation using Google Sheets or Excel; SQL familiarity is a plus
