Senior Product Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, coordinate, and implement automated quality assurance test plans based on business requirements
• Document and review business requirements for new development items and coordinate User Acceptance Testing
• Develop and implement procedures for ongoing operations and proactive maintenance of financial technology software

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Seven years of experience in quality assurance of financial software applications
• Five years of experience in enterprise content management and production support
• Experience with Rocket Software's Mobius suite of products
• Proficiency in MS SQL, Java, JavaScript, and PowerShell
