Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and evaluate system errors reported by customers
  • Assist with escalations from the level 1 team
  • Collaborate with Account Management and Customer Support Reps on customer efforts and issues
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience
  • Experience interacting with clients or customers in a professional setting
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
