Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Product Support Specialist - Enterprise RCM.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Tier 2 Subject Matter Expert for complex technical issues in Practice Management, Clinical, and Billing/Financial domains
- Lead Major Incident Management (MIM) for high-impact service disruptions, ensuring rapid resolution and communication
- Dedicate time to team development and the creation of a robust Knowledge Base to enhance self-service and First Contact Resolution (FCR)
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Informatics, or equivalent experience
- 4-6 years of SaaS application support experience, with a minimum of 4 years supporting software in the Billing/RCM domain
- Deep understanding of Medical/Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Electronic Health Record (EHR) workflows
- High proficiency in troubleshooting complex SaaS architectures and database/integration issues
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm during critical system outages
