Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Product Support Specialist - Enterprise Clinicals.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Tier 2 Subject Matter Expert for complex technical issues across Practice Management, Clinical, and Billing/Financial domains
- Utilize advanced troubleshooting skills to resolve high-complexity issues and manage Major Incident Management (MIM) for service disruptions
- Provide premium support for VIP accounts and contribute to team development and knowledge management
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Informatics, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of SaaS application support experience, with a minimum of 2 years supporting software in the EMR/Clinical domain
- Deep understanding of Medical/Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Electronic Health Record (EHR) workflows
- High proficiency in troubleshooting complex SaaS architectures and database/integration issues
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to remain calm during critical system outages
