Senior Product Systems Analyst
Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare technology practice, the full-time Senior Product Systems Analyst will manage business analysis activities, gather and translate requirements into technical specifications, and oversee enhancements for Virtix Health's applications in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own, develop, and maintain the technical roadmap while collaborating with leadership and technical teams
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical instructions for the Technology team, ensuring successful solution design and delivery
- Create and maintain system and user documentation, and communicate the status of enhancement requests with stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in business analysis and requirements gathering
- Proven experience facilitating stakeholder discovery sessions and documenting business requirements
- Strong documentation skills with experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
- Experience developing test cases and executing testing activities, including analyzing results and documenting defects
