Senior Product Training Specialist

Job Summary

Focused on delivering impactful training experiences, the remote Senior Product Training Specialist will design and facilitate cohort-based programs for commercial and mid-market customers, ensuring they gain value from the connected operations platform.

Key responsibilities

• Build and deliver structured learning journeys for customers, guiding them from onboarding to advanced product adoption
• Design innovative training experiences that integrate physical and digital assets, enhancing engagement during live sessions
• Manage logistics for live training sessions, including registration, delivery, and follow-up resources

Required qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in teaching or delivering training, with at least 1 year in a scaled delivery model
• Demonstrated experience in delivering at-scale programs and live webinars to external audiences
• Ability to create digital learning assets, such as video tutorials and presentation decks
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and the ability to structure content around clear learning objectives
• Familiarity with webinar and virtual classroom platforms and tools
