Senior Production Artist

Job Summary

To enhance interactive learning experiences, the full-time Senior Production Artist will create visual assets and storyboards for educational simulations, collaborating remotely with cross-functional teams to develop engaging, game-like training content.

Key responsibilities:

• Design educational game experiences by translating curriculum into playable mechanics and defining engagement metrics
• Create production-ready visual assets, including characters and environments, while ensuring clarity and instructional value
• Manage asset workstreams from concept to handoff, maintaining organization and consistency across interactive formats

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in game design, educational technology, or related visual design roles with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for creating polished, scalable assets
• Ability to develop production-ready concepts from loosely defined ideas with minimal oversight
• Experience with storyboarding and familiarity with game design principles is preferred
• Online portfolio showcasing relevant work is required
