Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Production Control Engineer (3rd shift).

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and guide a team of 6-8 monitoring contractors, ensuring adherence to established processes
Monitor application and infrastructure systems to detect and respond to alerts in real time
Participate in and potentially lead Major Incident Calls, coordinating with technical teams for efficient issue resolution

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in a relevant field
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
Experience with enterprise monitoring platforms such as Dynatrace, SolarWinds, and Splunk
Familiarity with ITIL-based processes and Major Incident Management best practices
Experience with ITSM tools and processes, particularly in ServiceNow
