Senior Production Engineer

Job Summary

Designing and building AI agents and tools, the full-time Senior Production Engineer will focus on enhancing the reliability of large-scale distributed systems while driving infrastructure modernization and automating operational processes, with the flexibility to work remotely and collaborate in-person 1-2 times every six months.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AI agents to assist with service health analysis and reliability recommendations
• Lead infrastructure modernization initiatives using AI to enhance automation and delivery processes
• Create scalable platforms and tools that democratize reliability expertise across engineering teams

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in building and operating large-scale distributed systems
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong programming skills in Python or Go for developing production-grade platforms and automation
• Deep knowledge of Linux/Unix internals and experience with open source infrastructure technologies
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes
