Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Production Engineer, this hybrid role will focus on implementing scalable infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and bare-metal environments while driving an "automation-first" culture and enhancing observability standards.

Key responsibilities

• Implement highly available, scalable infrastructure across multiple environments
• Drive automation by writing code to eliminate manual processes and build self-healing systems
• Lead incident management efforts and develop response playbooks for operational excellence

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience managing reliability and scalability for large-scale production services
• Deep expertise in programming languages such as Python, Go, or C/C++
• Strong background in networking protocols and Linux/RHEL systems
• Experience in high-stakes incident management and 24/7 on-call rotations
• Proficiency in leveraging ITIL frameworks for service maturity and problem management
