Senior Production Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Production (Scheduling & Reporting).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive structured, data-informed decision-making with directors and discipline leads to protect scope, quality, and milestone commitments
• Own and maintain the integrated cross-department macro schedule, ensuring schedule integrity and alignment with departmental plans
• Produce standardized executive reporting that communicates schedule health, forecast accuracy, and dependency risk

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering AAA video games, preferably action-adventure or narrative-driven titles
• Demonstrated expertise in constructing and maintaining integrated production schedules and dependency mapping
• Advanced proficiency with Jira or equivalent production systems for forecasting and variance analysis
• Solid knowledge of structured project management methodologies applied within complex creative production environments
• 8+ years of experience in production or project management roles within complex game development environments
