Senior Production Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Senior Production Manager, this full-time remote position will own the full development lifecycle of Owned Brands products, managing apparel, textiles, nursery, and storage categories from concept sign-off through bulk delivery while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the development roadmap, managing the lifecycle from concept to bulk delivery across multiple categories
• Anticipate and mitigate portfolio risks, ensuring smooth operations and addressing potential issues proactively
• Lead vendor negotiations and costing analysis, aligning with financial targets set by the merchandising team

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience as a production manager in soft goods, apparel, textiles, or home/nursery categories
• Proven ability to manage overseas factory relationships and lead negotiations independently
• Experience in developing production workflows and documentation for scalability
• Strong understanding of compliance and safety standards relevant to product categories
• Familiarity with AI applications in production processes is preferred
