Senior Production Manager

Job Summary

To support the growth of Globalize, the full-time Senior Production Manager will develop and implement operational delivery strategies, manage global client relationships, and oversee Localization and QA initiatives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Portfolio Directors and production teams to create strategies that enhance profitability and operational reach
• Manage a global client portfolio, driving actions to improve revenue and profitability while overseeing project timelines and quality
• Lead the development and implementation of long-term Localization and QA strategies aligned with the company's global objectives

Required qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in Audio, Text, LQA, or FQA within a multinational context
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Translation, or a related field
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and executives
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google tools
• Demonstrated experience in developing business processes and managing performance delivery metrics
