Job Summary

Leading all facets of direct mail production, the full-time Senior Production Manager will manage print production, materials sourcing, and collaboration with internal and external teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with project specifications in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify scope, resources, timelines, and budgets for direct mail campaign strategies
• Oversee coordination of design, print production, and mailing operations
• Analyze campaign data to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in direct mail production, preferably in life insurance or financial services
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus
• Proven track record of managing large-scale direct mail campaigns
• In-depth knowledge of print production processes and postal regulations
