Senior Production Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Production Specialist who has experience with IBM Sterling B2Bi, IBM Partner Community Manager, IBM Partner Engagement Manager, SFTP, FTPS, PGP technologies, Linux/AIX environment, and preferably Progress Messageway.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain scheduled services in a high data flow environment
• Work with Unix and Windows server operating systems, including maintenance and shell scripting
• Utilize networking protocols, FTP, and WinSCP for file transfer and encryption

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Six years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in Unix scripting and maintaining scheduled services
• Two years of customer service experience in claims management or insurance environment preferred
• Experience with enterprise class scheduling and file transfer software preferred
