Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Production Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor system processing and failures, ensuring alignment with service level agreements
Analyze and resolve issues with production applications and policies, coordinating with Operations
Propose improvements to system processing and maintain procedural documentation

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3-5 years of annuity experience, preferably within IT or Operations
Familiarity with Insurance and Annuity Industry applications such as DTCC and NIPR
Technical skills in Microservices technology, Kubernetes, GraphQL, Python, PostgreSQL, and JIRA
Ability to manage multiple assignments and influence relationships across the organization
Self-starter with strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset
