Senior Production Support Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production Support Analyst Senior.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee production scheduling and ensure accurate job accounting across various lines of business
• Provide technical support and maintain performance of job scheduling and reporting systems
• Train Production Support Analysts and troubleshoot errors for problem resolution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or five years of relevant experience
• Minimum five years of experience with Job Control Language (JCL) and various scheduling and reporting software
• At least one year of experience in a lead role on large-scale projects
• Minimum three years of experience with IBM, HP, or AIX platforms
• Experience with UNIX environments is highly desired
