Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Production Support Engineer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Ensure stability, reliability, and performance of the Enterprise Data Platform through hands-on production support
Monitor, triage, and resolve production issues while participating in a 24x7 Level 2 on-call support rotation
Support operational excellence by applying software development best practices and maintaining platform reliability

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred; 5+ years of experience required with a degree or 7+ years without a degree
5+ years of relevant production support or software engineering experience
Experience with enterprise data platforms and complex software systems
Hands-on experience with scripting/programming languages such as Python, Bash, and SQL
Experience in supporting DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and providing Level 2 on-call support
