Senior Production Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Production Support Engineer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure stability, reliability, and performance of the Enterprise Data Platform through hands-on production support
• Monitor, triage, analyze root causes, and resolve production issues in complex data systems and applications
• Participate in a 24x7 Level 2 on-call support rotation to maintain platform reliability and operational excellence

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; 5+ years of experience required with a degree or 7+ years without a degree
• 5+ years of relevant production support or software engineering experience
• Experience with enterprise data platforms, applications, or complex software systems
• Hands-on experience with scripting/programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash, SQL)
• Experience supporting DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and providing Level 2 on-call support in a 24x7 environment
